  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I pay for my order?

  • How can I show you my gemstones before sending them to you?
    1. Choose a white background When it comes to your background, simplicity is key. We suggest using a plain white backdrop to reduce distractions and let your gems take center stage. 2. Lighting Lighting is crucial to capturing the best possible images of your gems. Whenever possible, natural daylight is ideal, but bright room lighting can work well too. Just make sure to avoid any harsh, direct light sources. 3. Multiple Pictures To give us the best idea of what your gems are like, take multiple photos from different angles. If you can, include a ruler in your pictures to help us gauge the size of your gems. If a ruler isn't available, a coin or even your hand can be used as a size reference. 4. What to include When taking photos, focus on one gem at a time. If you're short on time, you can group several gems together in one picture, but be sure to include a size reference in the middle. Try to keep all your photos consistent by taking pictures of similarly colored, sized, and shaped gems together. 5. Sending the pictures Once you've finished your gem photo shoot, send the pictures over to info@iheartgemstones.com via text or email. If you're sending lots of pictures, it's a good idea to group them into no more than 4 or 5 at a time. And don't forget to let us know how many pictures you're sending so we know what to expect!

  • How do I get my gemstones to you?

We recommend getting a tracking number and possibly insurance depending on what you’re sending. Then forward the tracking number to us, so we can both track the package.
